Andrew Vollero Joins Tailored Brands Board of Directors

November 21, 2019 (FORT MYERS, FL.): Succession Partners is pleased to announce that Andrew ("Drew") Vollero has joined the Tailored Brands, Inc. (NYSE: TLRD) Board of Directors and will immediately become a member of its Audit Committee. This search was led by Ric Comins, Founder/CEO of Succession Partners, as part of our on-going partnership in the transformation of TLRD's board. Vollero is Chief Financial Officer of Allied Universal, a leading $7Bil. global security and facilities services organization. Previously, he served as CFO of Snap, Inc. (dba, Snapchat), building their financial organization, taking the company through its highly-successful IPO, and building Snap's "Path to Profitability" strategy. Vollero brings significant financial and general management experience at major technology and consumer companies, including Snap, Inc., Mattel, Inc., and Taco Bell (a division of PepsiCo, spun off as part of YUM Brands.) He holds a Masters of Science in Management from Oxford University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Math and Economics from Yale University.
