Feb. 1, 2018 (FORT MYERS, FL.): Succession Partners is pleased to announce that Miki Racine Berardelli has joined the Board of Directors of New York and Company (NYSE: NWY), a feminine apparel specialty retailer. Currently, Miki serves as CEO of Kidbox, LLC, a rapidly-growing digital commerce Children’s apparel and accessories business with a parallel mission to clothe one million children in need. She brings the digital/marketing/media savvy sought by the Board which now stands at 10 members. Miki served as President, Digital Commerce and Chief Marketing Officer of Chicos FAS from 2014-16; as Chief Marketing Officer of Tory Burch, LLC from 2009 to 2014; and previously was SVP-Marketing as well as holding other senior marketing roles with Polo Ralph Lauren. She also served on the Board of Directors of Sports Chalet, Inc., a sporting goods specialty retailer, from October 2013 until August 2014. Miki earned her MS from Northwestern University and her BA from the University of Iowa. She has also served as Chair of the NRF’s CMO Council as well as Chair of Shop.Org. The search was conducted by Ric Comins, Founder/CEO of Succession Partners.
